Affectionately referred to as ‘Sav’, she presented Kiribath (milk rice) accompanied by blackened coconut snapper drizzled with Sri Lankan treacle. The judges commended her for capturing the essence of a celebration through her cuisine and lauded her for delivering authentic Sri Lankan flavors.
