The ” Colombo Shopping Festival” the ultimate shoppers paradise launched the Stock Clearance Sale Edition with the best deals from the 11th to the 13th of September from 10 a.m to 10 p.m at the BMICH. This was organized by the Aitken Spence Conventions and Exhibitions the event management arm of Aitken Spence Travels, the leading inbound tour operator of Sri Lanka.

The objective of this shopping festival was to support our local SME’s consisting of our Sponsors, Exhibitors and Trade stall holders to re-establish themselves in the marketplace now that many local businesses are opening up and trying to return to normalcy in the midst of Covid-19 pandemic. The CSF had more than 120 stalls to choose from enabling shoppers to choose from clothing, shoes, electronic equipment and fancy items all under one roof. Shoppers also enjoyed the numerous special prices and discounts on offer at the CSF.

Aitken Spence Travels had a special Travel Counter at stall no A38 during the CSF and visitors were able to enjoy exclusive holiday deals, flash offers and discounts. There were competitions enabling visitors to win free weekend vouchers and overnight stays. 

The organizers had made arrangements for shoppers to follow strict health and safety measures taking into account the importance of health factors for the benefit of the shoppers.
