Colombo City Centre is a joint venture project between Abans and Silver Needle Hospitality. The lead designer of this project is Aedas, an award winning global architecture firm. Gensler, the world’s biggest collaborative design firm is responsible for the interior of the hotel and residencies. SN Property, a wholly owned subsidiary of Silver Needle Hospitality is managing the execution of the project and international award-winning Project Management and Construction Consultants Gleeds Hooloomann are the Project Managers while Hong Kong based Husband Retail Consulting is responsible for retail planning and securing tenants for the lifestyle mall.
