Heaven’s Edge 31-room Hotel at Ella

Ella is fast becoming one of Sri Lanka’s most popular tourist destinations due to its cool moderate climate, with Gorgons Mountains, waterfalls and other historical attractions.

The latest addition to Ella, is Heaven’s Edge, a 31-room star class hotel, a Rs 160 million project by veteran hotelier, Shanthikumar Fernando.

Heaven’s Edge has been built at a breathtaking location in the center of a lush tea estate, surrounded by the world famous Ravana Cave, Bogoda wooden bridge, Diyaluma, Dunhinda, Ravana and Bambarakanda waterfalls.

Guest rooms are equipped with all-star class facilities, including hot/cold water, satellite TV, telephone with IDD facilities, private balconies and free ViFi facilities.

Savouring delicious Sri Lankan and International cuisine offered by expert chefs. The directors of Heaven’s Edge are M D Shanthikumar Fernando, and his three sons, Susan, Suren and Shalin (Directors) who are all qualified Hotel School graduates. The other director is Swarna Fernando.
