Air India and Singapore Airlines have announced the expansion of their codeshare network with 11 new domestic and 40 international destinations.
Starting from October 27, 2024, Air India and Singapore Airlines will launch joint flights connecting Singapore with Bengaluru and Chennai cities in India. According to the press release, this will raise the total weekly codeshare flights between the two countries from 14 to 56.
According to a joint press release issued by the carriers on October 23, 2024, this marks the first major expansion of codeshare arrangements between the airlines since 2010.
